Alissa (AIA, LEED AP, BD+C) is a registered architect who focuses on places for informal education and public learning opportunities. Her work on visitor centers, children’s museums and zoological facilities includes both architecture and exhibit design. Her projects have strong roots in sustainable building practices and interpretation. To achieve that mix, she draws on her unique background in music, museum education and developmental psychology. Whether working on an exhibit interactive, a building plan, a site, or and entire neighborhood, Alissa integrates architecture and interpretation.
