MIG worked with business and community stakeholders to develop a comprehensive Downtown Plan to guide growth in Downtown Spokane. In consultation with the Downtown Spokane Partnership, MIG refined the vision for the Downtown that would make the most of its special assets. MIG then helped the Partnership set long-term goals for Downtown Spokane and define specific measurable outcomes. With goals in place, MIG designed and facilitated workshops with Partnership staff and Board members to develop prioritized strategies and actions to make the Downtown vision a reality. The final product was a phased Strategic Plan to promote Downtown Spokane as a vital activity center that enhances the quality of life in Spokane.
