MIG, as part of the consulting team for the RCIP, prepared discussion guides and interactive exercises designed to engage a broad spectrum of community members in identification and discussion of issues. During this phase, MIG facilitated and graphically recorded twelve community-based workshops in various parts of Riverside County. As a conclusion to the first phase, MIG facilitated a workshop among key decision-makers to process the results of the community workshops and develop vision concepts to be used in future phases of the project
