West Capitol Avenue Streetscape and Urban Design Master Plan

The Urban Design and Streetscape Master Plan created a unique street identity through architectural character of future buildings, signage and wayfinding, traffic and circulation, infrastructure, financing strategies, and overall streetscape standards. The development standards also address preferred land uses and necessary ordinance and zoning changes. Infrastructure plans will assure that underground utilities like sewer, water, and storm drainage are adequate for new development. Currently the project is in construction document development and is slated to break ground in 2009.
