Solano County engaged MIG to help re-focus and streamline its strategic planning process. Rather than produce a lengthy document, MIG and the County created a seven-page Strategic Plan that includes an overall framework that captures the vision, values, mission, goals, catalytic projects and performance measures; and a detailed list of strategies and objectives with timelines for each goal. MIG also designed and established a website (www.strategicsolano.com) as an information sharing tool for County staff and elected officials.
