Stafford Park

Redwood City Parks and Recreation Department, Redwood City, California

Stafford Park is a three-acre neighborhood park in the heart of Redwood City. The park features two large play areas and gardens accented by mature redwood and oak trees. MIG designed renovations for the play areas and added spaces that appeal to teens and adults. The new design features a redwood rose arbor arching over the central walkway; sand and water play areas; and a strolling and sitting garden that serves as a back-drop for summer evening music presentations.
