West Oakland Community-Based Transportation Plan

The MIG team (MIG, Elmwood Consulting, Harley & Associates) developed the West Oakland Community-Based Transportation Plan for the Alameda County Congestion Management Agency (ACCMA), and with the West Oakland community. Assisted by West Oakland high school student interns, MIG conducted a series of meetings, surveys and other activities involving residents and stakeholders. The planning process was designed to identify on-the-ground projects that will improve mobility for low-income West Oakland residents, and to build the community's capacity for advocacy and implementation.
