Chualar Community Development Plan

Chualar is a dynamic community with strong ties to the land from which residents draw economic strength, a distinct sense of community, and spiritual comfort. MIG worked with Northpoint Development to lead community members, stakeholders and a local neighborhood organization in developing the Chualar Community Development Plan. By conducting outreach sessions in English and Spanish, MIG reached scores of local residents and area stakeholders. After determining a shared vision, MIG developed planning principles to guide growth; designed land use options; and created consensus on a final development concept.
