SBC (now AT&T) asked MIG to marketing its high-speed Internet service to existing customers who under-used it and often dropped the service. The ClickIt website and newsletter feature friendly illustrations, copy and design to appeal to a non-technical public. Articles focus on what you can do on the Internet, from getting recipes to photography, to entertainment to gardening. We de-mystified terminology and reassured users that their Internet service added value to their lives.
