Stafford Hamlet is just outside the Portland Metropolitan Urban Growth Boundary and has been faced with intense development pressure for decades. The Community Vision Plan will guide the Hamlet's future as development becomes a reality. MIG partnered with local agencies to develop an intensive public involvement and stakeholder engagement effort centered on small group discussions held throughout the Hamlet. MIG’s strong facilitation and process design expertise has been instrumental in helping to ensure that the community’s leadership will be able to function effectively and productively in the face of development pressures.
