Since November 2005, MIG has facilitated monthly stakeholder meetings to develop a Habitat Conservation Plan/Natural Community Conservation Plan for the Santa Clara Valley. MIG manages the stakeholder process and works closely with the Program Manager, technical consultant and six partner agencies. MIG facilitates quarterly Management Team strategy sessions, which have helped to surface key issues, ensure a productive planning process, and help the project stay on schedule and budget. The plan is scheduled to be completed in 2010.
