The City of Stockton launched a community-based approach to neighborhood rejuvenation through its Neighborhood Renaissance Program (NRP) as a means of uniting with and strengthening the City's neighborhoods. MIG designed a public involvement process and organizational structure to support the development of community-driven plans and guide citywide neighborhood revitalization efforts. In addition, MIG facilitated a collaborative process to identify key neighborhood-specific planning and design solutions to address revitalization needs and develop appropriate implementation strategies.
