MIG helped convince car-loving commuters in the City of Irvine to try out a new public shuttle in a major business complex. A comprehensive marketing campaign—as well as a name, brand, tagline and website—introduces Irvine commuters to public transit that meets their needs. The shuttle’s distinctive look, in conjunction with appealing, targeted messages, convinced commuters to give the shuttle a try. In the first few months, 26,000 riders used the shuttle.
