MIG helped the National Park Service encourage urban residents to use with a pilot program to park shuttle to explore the nearby Santa Monica Mountains. A complete branding and marketing campaign for the shuttle service—logo, name and tagline on the shuttle wraps and shelters, park signage, route maps and bilingual brochures—significantly increased park attendance for first-time and repeat park visitors.
