MIG’s challenge: convey the unique history and environmental restoration efforts to visitors at a new park along the Los Angeles River. Environmental signage for kiosks, gathering areas and a walking guide address the park’s history and show how ingenuity and commitment helped restore this urban river park. The region’s history, culture and natural ecology come alive to engage visitors and increase park usage.
