MIG led an interactive planning process with key stakeholders that informed the Plan and resulted in strong, implementable recommendations. The Plan, in addition to setting a physical pattern of growth on the 51-acre campus, recommended an academic and administrative organizational structure; explored the possibility of integration of the campus with the adjoining St. Edward State Park; and developed guidelines for campus landscape, academic and residential buildings. Its recommendations were backed by environmental, traffic and engineering studies specific to the University’s issues.
