Candlestick Point and Hunters Point Shipyard Draft Land Use Plan Community Workshops

In March and April 2008, San Francisco hosted four workshops to solicit community opinion on the proposed land use plan for the Candlestick Point/Hunters Point Shipyard project. MIG designed the meeting process and served as facilitators for the discussion groups. MIG prepared a detailed summary of participants’ responses that was shared with the City and project developer. In June 2008, San Francisco voters approved Measure G, which provided the required citizen approval of the conceptual land use plan.
