Presidio Main Post Workshops

The Presidio Trust of San Francisco asked MIG to assist with developing a process to seek community input on the Supplemental Draft EIS Report for the Main Post. The Draft SEIS included some controversial project proposals, and the feedback received focused almost solely on these. MIG designed a process that helped the community review and provide feedback on a complete range of alternatives, not just the most controversial. MIG led three workshops to help participants understand the proposed alternatives and provide feedback using an interactive exercise in which they could select elements from the different alternatives to describe a preferred alternative for the Main Post.
