Education Corridor - Coeur d'Alene Master Plan

MIG is developing a master plan for the Coeur d’Alene Education Corridor. The Education Corridor is a 15.5-acre site located on the east bank of the Spokane River, about half a mile north of downtown Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Through stakeholder interviews, negotiations and an intensive planning and design charrette, the MIG Team designed and negotiated a united site plan. The result will be a uniquely collaborative campus that includes North Idaho College, The University of Idaho, Coeur d’Alene, and Lewis-Clark State College as well as Boise and Idaho State University extension programs.
