Caltrain wanted to reveal its new vision and strategy in a compelling way—presenting the rail system as a key part of the Bay Area’s transportation infrastructure. MIG produced a strategic plan that makes dense, complex information understandable through user-friendly iconography and clear, striking graphics and page design. The plan and an associated brochure helped build public perception of Caltrain as the preferred mode of travel for commuters along the Peninsula Corridor, offering a top-quality travel experience.
