MIG completed the Plan on a short time line with a small budget. Because the budget was limited, consultant time was targeted towards analysis, the development of recommendations, and the preparation of deliverables. In addition, MIG administered an online recreation questionnaire, conducted stakeholder interviews and presented at Park Commission meetings. The resulting Plan provides Puyallup a logical, comprehensive blueprint for further development of the City’s park system and services that will guide the City toward providing varied and accessible recreation opportunities throughout the community.
