MIG was selected to produce a Campus Master Plan for St. Mary's College to meet the physical needs of an expanding campus, while maintaining this unique educational tradition in a historic campus setting. Establishing stakeholder values regarding the campus was paramount in developing the Plan. Through a series of interviews and visioning workshops with key stakeholders, MIG helped the College define an overall vision for the future of the Campus. The Master Plan establishes a course of action for campus development that enhances the campus character, preserves existing assets, and resolves programming issues.
