Albany Park and Recreation Master Plan & Timber Linn Park Master Plan

MIG helped the City update its 10-year park and recreation plan, plus redesign the 80-acre Timber Linn Park. The City wanted to enhance its strong park system as the community continued to grow and age. MIG helped unite recreation providers by identifying continued opportunities for collaboration, such as citywide festivals, the Healthy Albany Partnership, multi-jurisdictional opportunities for trail development, school parks and joint field maintenance, and potential partnerships for a new community center. The Plan also recommended integrating more active use facilities into new and existing parks citywide.
