MIG refined the Park Department’s vision for parks and recreation to reflect recent growth and innovations in the park system. As a trend-setting community, Carmel/Clay needed a plan to lead them into the future. Based on extensive public outreach and an access analysis of parks and facilities, the Plan recommended increasing park land over the next five years and collaborating with the City, County, School District, HOAs, and sport organizations to achieve the level of excellence desired by the community.
