The Plan establishes a clear mission for the City, articulates core values and objectives, and provides a roadmap for action. MIG gathered input using multiple outreach methods designed to engage a broad range of employees, stakeholders and the public. The engagement effort allowed all participants to contribute in a way that fit their needs and schedules; creating a plan that is based on the needs and issues of the community and the organization.
