MIG developed a focused analysis for Mountlake Terrace built on a solid public involvement process. Access analysis helped identify areas for new sites to bring parks within ΒΌ mile of each resident. The easy to use planning document details park projects and potential funding sources. It lays out a process for the Recreation and Park Commission to set an annual work plan to develop the projects as funding becomes available, allowing the active commission to set the pace of implementation based on current financial realities.
