Tigard Park System Master Plan Update 2009

MIG refined the park access analysis developed for Tigard in 1999 to give a much finer grained look at residents’ access to parks as well as school facilities in this built-out community. The process evaluated and prioritized major trail linkages in the community and built a case for more strategic open space management. The plan provides a clear path to an efficient and interconnected park system and the first ever city-wide recreation program.
