The City of Vancouver and Clark County, Washington launched a joint effort to enhance their parks, recreation, and open space legacy for future generations. The project involved extensive outreach and engaged a broad range of stakeholders. A technical assessment of needs and natural resource opportunities resulted in a prioritized capital improvement plan. A complex financial analysis identified anticipated revenues in multiple jurisdictions. The Plan reflects residents’ vision and will guide service delivery for the next twenty years.
