Rialto Downtown Vision & Strategic Plan

MIG worked with the Redevelopment Agency, City Council, residents and stakeholders to develop a Vision and Strategic Plan to help rebuild the identity and restore the prominence of Downtown Rialto. Building on the City’s existing streetscape enhancements and façade improvement program, the Vision and Strategic Plan combined input from a multi-month community involvement process with analysis of market-based realities to devise short- and long-term strategic actions and a set of design improvement concepts for key sites—such as the Civic Center, Metrolink Station, and city-owned development parcels.
