San Luis-Pueblo Transmission Line Scenic Impact Assessment

MIG is working with Western Resource Advocates to assess potential scenic impacts of a high voltage electricity transmission line intended to carry solar energy. MIG has conducted a visibility analysis and developed photo simulations that depict potential visual impacts and route design. MIG is also developing suggested avoidance and mitigation measures to help identify the lowest impact route design. We will be providing expert witness testimony to the Colorado Public Utility Commission.
