Stockton Redevelopment Plan Amendment EIR for the City of Stockton Community Redevelopment Agency. Wagstaff/MIG is currently completing a comprehensive program EIR for a proposed amendment to existing redevelopment plan for three contiguous project areas totaling approximately 3,380 acres in the City's waterfront area. The proposed amendment is intended to extend the redevelopment plan financial and time limits, slightly the project area, and incorporate specific development programs for five "catalyst" sites.
