Napa Downtown Specific Plan

Downtown Napa lies in the heart of the world-renowned Napa Valley wine region. Historically Downtown Napa has not benefited from the prosperity experienced by the rest of the Napa Valley. The City of Napa hired MIG to develop the Downtown Napa Specific Plan to spur new investment in the area and ensure a more inclusive and vibrant city center. Through a multilayered community outreach process MIG worked with the community and City staff to develop a vision for the Downtown area. That vision provided the foundation for establishing a comprehensive project description and land use plan that is supported by detailed goals and policies, design guidelines, and development standards to guide future development.
