The complex with 1.4 million square feet of synthetic turf in the U.S. will save up to 129 acres of water annually. It includes six softball fields,2 baseball fields, 2 youth baseball fields, a stadium size football/soccer field and more. A multimodal path provides access from the adjacent residential area to the open space valley and mountains to the south and east of the site.
