MIG designed a new 50,000-square foot children’s play area with six different play settings, each geared towards a specific age group. All the settings were designed to be completely accessible to children and adults with and without disabilities. Creative elements include an infant area with a play maze, sand and water play station, and multilevel sinks and vegetation; a toddler setting with a small stream, sand construction area, trike path and open grass area; and a preschool area with full-body water sprays, bridges, art area and gardens.
