Fort Bragg Georgia-Pacific Mill Site Reuse Study

MIG led a multidisciplinary team of consultants to develop a new vision and land use concept for 430 acres of coastal property, formerly the Georgia-Pacific Timber Mill, which makes up nearly one-third of the City of Fort Bragg. Through an interactive planning process, the MIG Team obtained community input on future redevelopment of the site; defined the planning principles that will guide reuse; researched existing conditions and market demands; and identified land uses for the site and the economic development strategies to support them.
