MIG worked with a housing developer to plan and design a new community based on smart growth and sustainability principles. The plan provided a range of housing types in a transit-oriented development model, including shuttle links to downtown and regional rapid transit. The development plan contains a sports park, church sites, schools, and an extensive trail and open space system. These various components combine to form a unique walkable, transit-oriented, and environmentally-friendly community that sets a new standard for creating healthy, vibrant and livable developments.
