MIG re-branded the Santa Monica Bay Restoration Commission to increase its environmental profile and differentiate it from non-profit organizations. A new name, tagline and logo and concepts for a user-friendly website, journal and newsletter increase the Commission’s visibility and de-emphasize its bureaucratic, government image. The Commission—now Bay Restoration Commission, Stewards of the Santa Monica Bay are a major go-to agency for projects that improve the health of the Santa Monica Bay.
