Northeast Line Light Rail Stations Transit-Oriented Development

MIG developed an overall vision for the stations, analyzed existing opportunities and challenges, developed land use and urban design recommendations, and prepared development guidelines. MIG also provided detailed recommendations for implementation. MIG led a public participation process to create consensus around a vision for the overall area and character for each station area. MIG facilitated community workshops and designed an outreach strategy that featured stakeholder interviews with community organizations representatives, business owners and political leaders.
