Stern Grove Festival Policy & Operations Manual for Serving People With Disabilities

As part of its policy to make the Stern Grove Festival’s programs and facilities accessible to people of all abilities, the Stern Grove Festival Association hired MIG to develop a manual specifically to address service to people with disabilities. MIG reviewed the Festival’s seating, path-of-travel and wayfinding. MIG developed a “Policy and Operations Manual for Serving People With Disabilities” that included: accessibility policies; operational guidelines; grievance procedure; training guide; examples for seating set-up; site signage; and parking diagrams.
