Science Factory Interactive Outdoor Science Park

MIG worked with the Board and staff at The Science Factory to create an Outdoor Science Park to support the museum’s programs. Through a site visit and workshop with Board members, staff and key stakeholders, MIG developed a concept plan for the outdoor exhibit areas or activity zones. There are eight (8) distinct, interconnected areas: Gateway to Learning; Science Mountain; Sound Wave Station; Discovery Pond; Classical Science Walk; Amphitheater and Fire Energy Station; Science Construction Court; and Natural Science Construction Area and Watershed Exploration.
