Public and private organizations of all types face a myriad of challenges limited resources and shifting economic and social factors. MIG works closely with clients to strategically focus resources, solve problems, and build capacity and consensus to support action. We provide a range of services including management consulting, organizational re-structuring, process improvement, team building, conflict resolution and decision support. MIG works with city managers, city councils, corporations, county executives, boards, managers and department heads, and staff at all levels.
