Receptionist (Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our dynamic team part-time (20+ hours/week). The schedule is Monday-Friday for approximately four hours per day; time of day worked is dependent on the candidate’s availability. The ideal candidate will be a welcoming people-person who can work as part of a collaborative team in an open environment, will show initiative, have excellent organization skills, be dependable and flexible, take on responsibility and maintain a sense of humor and have fun.

Responsibilities

Reception and general office/administrative duties include: 
Receive all visitors in a professional manner, anticipating and addressing their needs

  • Answer phones 
  • Maintain general front desk organization and cleanliness
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the conference rooms and copy room 
  • Manage and schedule conference rooms, equipment check-outs
  • General clerical duties including ordering supplies, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning and mailing

 

Qualifications

  • One year of professional office experience 
  • Must be 21 years or older to receive alcohol deliveries 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Suite
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday is required
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
  • Must be a team-player with a positive attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, precise, accurate, organized
