Mark De La Torre is a seasoned planner with an extensive background in architecture, landscape architecture, urban planning, and real estate development. As Director of Operations for MIG’s Denver office, Mark leads multidisciplinary teams to develop sustainable plans for communities of all sizes throughout the Rocky Mountain region and across the country, from major downtown centers to local neighborhoods, streetscapes, corridors, and mobility plans. Mark also serves as MIG’s Director of Visualization, a role in which he applies his deep knowledge of innovative technologies and graphics to elicit meaningful input and encourage informed decision-making from diverse audiences by allowing people to view and experience the real-world implications of potential planning initiatives and design alternatives. Mark is dedicated to ensuring that communities have the support they need to tackle critical challenges like economic disparity, social equity, and climate change now and in the future.
