Landscape Design Project Associate

Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Assist a lead designer or project manager with landscape design tasks such as site analysis, site design, problem solving, construction detailing, planting plans, selection and design of site amenities and paving systems, aesthetic detailing, project/product research, and public engagement meetings.
  • Produce presentations, conceptual designs, illustrative graphics, and full construction document sets.
  • Provide support in developing cost estimates, responding to construction submittals and questions.
  • Provide sub-consultant and client coordination.
  • Attend internal project team and external client meetings, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related + 1 year experience. Must be local to Denver or willing to relocate.

SKILLS

Microsoft Office, Computer Aided Design, Adobe Creative Suite

SALARY

$27.25/hour (approximately $56,500/year full-time salary equivalent), commensurate with skills and experience. This is a full-time, hourly position with eligibility for overtime pay.
