Mark De La Torre is a seasoned urban designer and city planner with an extensive background in architecture, landscape architecture, urban planning, and real estate development. As Director of Operations for MIG’s Denver office, Mark leads multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic plans for communities of all sizes throughout the Rocky Mountain region and across the country, from major downtown centers to local neighborhoods, streetscapes, and public spaces. Mark also serves as MIG’s Director of Visualization, a role in which he applies his deep knowledge of innovative technologies and graphics to elicit meaningful input and encourage informed decision-making from diverse audiences by allowing people to view and experience the real-world implications of potential planning initiatives and design alternatives. Mark is dedicated to ensuring that communities have the support they need to tackle critical challenges like housing access, social equity, and climate change now and in the future.
