A City Goes All In
Here’s what the community needs to know: The City and the Mayor are delivering on a long-held vision of quality neighborhoods that are diverse, walkable, connected, safe and sustainable.
A robust digital communications, social media and mass media campaign is educating residents and businesses about the Complete Communities program. A unique brand identity and tagline—Complete Communities: We’re All In—communicates a visually dynamic and consistent identity across the website, infographics, animated video and all support materials. The website provides overviews and fact sheets about four major initiatives: Housing Solutions, Mobility Choices, Play Everywhere and Infrastructure Now. And an engaging online survey in English and Spanish provides key points and asks participants to weigh in on what’s important to them.
The social media campaign drives people to the website and to community events and discussions through brief informational tidbits and short videos. And the mass media the campaign includes a press kit, online newsroom, interviews and briefings, Op-Eds, guest columns and Letters to the Editor.
