Visualization Studio

Visually telling the story of your project can change community planning dynamics from disinterested or outright hostility—to participatory and even enthusiastic! Visualization makes planning, design and construction projects much more accessible to the community. How that’s done is the key to your project’s success.

We’re artists, illustrators and animators—who are also urban designers, community planners, landscape architects and software engineers. We help our clients, the community and elected officials “see” a project before it’s built. When you’re developing priorities for strategic plans, need visual impact analyses, or are exploring housing, streetscapes or transportation projects, we immerse your community into new planned environments.

From hand-drawn sketches, infographics and illustrations in a project’s early stages, to visual simulations, motion graphics, 3D-modeling and augmented reality in more tightly conceived later stages, we customize tools to your location, your style preference and the contextual needs of your community. We invest in, test and apply the latest technologies to expand your planning and design toolbox—and result in inclusive and effective projects.
