MIG Accessibility Statement
MIG strives to make all its products and services, including its web sites, accessible to all users. At this time, we are aware of several problems with our web site and are actively working to correct them. It is our intent to be compliant with current accessibility standards including Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act and the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
Compliance with access standards are tested using Watchfire's on-line Bobby service. Additionally, our pages have been tested using large font settings on common web browsers and with Freedom Scientific's JAWS® Screen Reader to insure that the content is accessible with these assistive technologies.
The MIG web site uses access keys on a limited set of pages to make navigation easier. To use these keys hold down the Alt or Command key while pressing the access key and you will be taken to the indicated page just as if you had clicked on a link. These keys are based on the UK government's suggested access keys with some adjustments to reflect the content of the MIG web site. Use of these keys on a larger portion of the website will be available shortly.

The forms on the MIG web site have been made accessible to a wide range of users. However, if you require additional help filling out a form please do not hesitate to call our office at 800-790-8444 for assistance. Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Or if you prefer, print out a paper copy of the form, fill it out and fax it to 510-845-8750. If your computer does not include the URL of the form on the printout please include it in the cover page of your fax.
There is also a flash animated version of this site. The flash animated version contains no content which is not available in the HTML version you are currently viewing. To view the flash version you will need to download the Macromedia flash plugin. The website may include some content available in PDF format for which you will need to download the Adobe PDF reader.
Although we continue to test and modify our Web sites for accessibility, there will undoubtedly be times when new or existing pages are not fully compliant with evolving standards. If you have any trouble accessing content on MIG web pages please contact us (access key '9') and we will work with you to correct the problem.
